Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and MeshiMemos, operated by David Hellman, when you use the MeshiMemos app or the website meshimemos.com. By using the service you agree to the terms. We have tried to keep them short and readable.
The service
- The app: MeshiMemos gives you three dinner ideas from what you already have at home — you tell it how many are eating and what's in the fridge.
- The website: meshimemos.com, with information about MeshiMemos and a waitlist you can join.
The service is free during early access. There are limits on how many dinner ideas you can get within a given period, and the limits may change.
The dinner ideas — important to know
Dinner ideas in MeshiMemos are generated automatically — by software, and in some cases with AI. They can be wrong or incomplete: an ingredient, a quantity, or a step may be off.
Always check allergens and ingredient labels before cooking, and use your own judgement about what to serve your family.
MeshiMemos does not guarantee that any suggestion fits your family's dietary needs. The suggestions are not medical or nutrition advice.
Your account
- Email address: Use an email address that is yours and works when you create an account.
- Password: Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Deleting your account: You can delete your account at any time. An in-app delete button is on its way — until then, we delete your account when you contact us (see Contact below).
How the service may be used
MeshiMemos is for you and your household. These are not okay:
- using the service commercially, or for anything other than your household's personal use
- scraping content or calling the service in an automated way
- trying to get around the usage limits
- misusing the service or disrupting it for others
Content and brand
The recipes and dinner ideas you receive are for your household's personal use.
The MeshiMemos name, brand, and the mascot Miso belong to us. Please do not use them without our permission.
A service in early access
MeshiMemos is in early access. The service may change, features may come and go, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
The service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. New versions are posted on this page with a new date under "Last updated". If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect — in the app, or by email if we have your address. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms.
